Fixes

• Fixed application crash due to an issue with automatic proxy settings on the machine.
• Fixed PathTooLongException during extraction of WSP if it contains a folder whose names exceed 255 characters.

Changes

• Changed ruleset ExtendedRecommended and removed migration assessment rules. They are contained in a separate ruleset already.
