Bug Fixes

• Fixed issue during extraction of malformed WSP (CAB) files (extraction occurs to the installation directory of SPCAF).
• Fixed the issue that some reports are not rendered correctly (CSS style sheets are missing).
• Hotfix 2014-12-02: Fixed issue that PDBs have not been loaded correctly and path to .CS file was not resolved in Visual Studio.
• Fixed issue with not rendered dashboard in PDF and DOCX files.
