What Is The Difference Between SPCAF User And Build Editions?

Is targeted to individuals who want to analyze locally via Visual Studio or the standalone client application. This license is limited to Quality Assessment reports.

SPCAF Starter

Is targeted to individuals who want to analyze locally via Visual Studio or the standalone client application. This license is limited to Quality Assessment reports.

SPCAF Pro

Is targeted to individuals who want to analyze locally eg. in Visual Studio or the standalone client application. This license is for Quality Assessment, Metrics, Dependencies, and Inventory reports. This license also permits reports to be exported (.DOCx, .PDF, .DGML, .HTML [Visual Studio Only]) and custom report branding.

SPCAF Build

Focuses on teams who want to integrate SPCAF in the continuous integration process, eg. Azure DevOps, Team Foundation Server, Visual Studio Team Services (previously Visual Studio Online), Jenkins, Atlassian Bamboo, or TeamCity.

An SPCAF Starter and SPCAF Pro License can not be used for integration into builds such as Azure DevOps.
An SPCAF Build License cannot be used for use with the Client Application,
